The delivery company was appalling. They changed my delivery date without my agreement and then did not wait for someone to open the door when they knocked. I then had to make my way to their depot,7 miles away, without a car, nowhere near any form of public transport. I had arranged a pick-up time online and when I arrived was told I was too late!. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to someone on the phone who told the member of staff to find our item and give it to us.
